RECKON YOUR TEAM'S EFFORT IS WORTH A MAXIMUS SPONSORSHIP?

Send us a video about your team, and why you need a sponsor, for the chance to win!

TIPS FOR YOUR VIDEO ENTRY

No need for professional camera equipment, a phone camera will do.

We want to get to know you. What makes your wooden spoon team special? Why should we sponsor you? What’s your story?
For example - introduce your team’s crew using their nicknames (or similar), or how you came up with your team name.

Don’t just submit footage of your team playing. Getting to know you off the field is more important than watching you on it.

Judging Criteria All Qualifying Entries will be judged on their merits based on the following criteria:
  • Fit with the Maximus brand
  • Video entry creativity and content; addressing the question “why does your team need a sponsor?” and overall team story
  • Appropriateness of the sport. The sport must involve the kind of physical exertion that would justify an electrolyte drink (i.e. not chess or darts) and be a team sport (i.e. more than 2 players per team).
Judging Process There will be one judging round in this promotion as outlined below.
Judging will be conducted by Bastion Agency on behalf of the Promoter at 11am AEST on Monday 8th June 2026.

The entry that best meets the judging criteria, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion, will be deemed the winner.

This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Agency’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event that (a) a winner is determined to be ineligible (for example, if one of the winners is not an Australian resident or is not over 18 years and over), or (b) the Promoter or the Agency is unable to contact the winning team within seven (7) days of the winner being announced, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original Judging Process. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to compensation.
How many times can I enter? Entries are limited to one (1) per team. Multiple entries are not permitted.

For the avoidance of doubt, the fact an individual plays for more than one entered sports team will not disqualify a team’s entry.

If, however, upon review by the Agency, multiple entered teams across different sports are found to be materially similar (where over half the team is identical), the Agency in its sole discretion may chose to disqualify any additional entries.
Prize Conditions Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Winner notification Winners will be notified by email and their names will be published online on the promotion website and the Maximus Australia Instagram and TikTok pages on Monday 15 June 2026.

The winners will be contacted via email to provide their delivery address in Australia and choice of flavour/s to be delivered.

Neither the Agency, the Promoter nor their agents will be responsible in any way for any disputes arising as a result of entries being submitted by persons other than the registered phone or email owner.
Sponsorship Period The Sponsorship Period is from 15 June 2026 to 15 November 2026. At any time during the Sponsorship Period, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the Sponsorship if the winners are in breach of the terms and conditions.
Winner’s Obligations During the Sponsorship Period, winner agrees to the following obligations, including:

  • Provide the Promoter with video recordings, photographs, and other content as requested by the Promoter. The winner grants the Promoter an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and communicate the content for promotional, marketing and related purposes in any media.
  • Wear the uniform supplied by the Promoter, featuring the Promoter’s logo during any content capture activities.
  • To act in a manner that is consistent with the good name, goodwill, reputation and image of the Promoter, especially when wearing the supplied uniform bearing the Promoter’s logo.
  • The winner must ensure the team does not represent any conflicting brand during the Sponsorship Period, and for a period of six (6) months thereafter.
  • Members on the winning teams accept that the Agency may conduct background checks, as necessary, to ensure their suitability for the sponsorship.
Failure to comply with any of the obligations above will entitle the Promoter to prematurely terminate the sponsorship and, if appropriate, select a new winner on the same terms as the original Judging Process. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to compensation.
