The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

Any participating BP stores which display promotional material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period. 

The Promotion will be run in association with Participating Stores. 

Any Maximus 1L products. 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 

1. purchase any two (2) Qualifying Products, in one (1) transaction from any Participating BP Stores (Qualifying Transaction); and 
2. scan the QR code in store or visit https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximusbpseasonpass, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and State/Territory of residence) and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a copied receipt for the qualifying transaction. 

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry. 

There are five (5) Prizes as detailed below to be won:

For clarity, a season pass ticket to a sport is a single ticket that grants an individual access to all (or a specific set of) home games for a particular team or sporting event held at the same stadium in Australia, taking place between 26 January 2026 to 26 January 2027.

 Up to $25,000.00 AUD. 

• The winners companions must be individuals aged 18 years or older.
• All season pass tickets must be for the same sport, at the same stadium, and for the same team or event. The season pass tickets are intended to be used together by the winner and their nominated companions, and cannot be split across different sports, stadiums, or events.
• The season pass tickets must be valid for events taking place between 26 January and 26 January 2027.
• The season pass tickets may be issued in either digital or physical form, subject to availability.
• The winners acknowledge the season pass tickets will not exceed $5,000 AUD.
• If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend this any event of the season, they forfeit that portion of the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
• The winner’s choice of season pass tickets is subject to the relevant organiser’s terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and their companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
• All costs associated with travel to and from the winners chosen stadium will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their companions.
• If the desired season pass tickets are not available either for the period specified in the Prize Conditions or in the format required, the winner will be notified and the winner will have a choice of: (a) an alternative and available season pass ticket; or (b) a substitute prize of equal or greater value and specification.

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and
3. each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Draw:

• The draw will take place at Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty. Ltd, Tower 1, Lvl 18, 201 Sussex St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on 14 January 2026 using computerised random selection.
• The first five (5) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified above.
• The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
• If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

For clarity, if an ineligible entry is drawn (for example if the entrant is not an Australian resident or is not 18 years or over), the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and use the reserve entries in the order drawn to select a new winner. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of entry and published at https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximusbpseasonpass by 21 January 2026.

Prize(s) must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEDT on 16 February 2026. In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 17 February 2026. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing and published at https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximusbpseasonpass by 24 February 2026. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.

If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximusbpseasonpass.

The Promoter will purchase the season pass tickets on behalf of the winners. The season pass tickets will be delivered to the winners’ nominated email address (for digital tickets) or their Australian residential address (for physical tickets) within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
