Promotion Terms & Conditions 

Promoter 

The Promoter is Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 73 060 091 536) of Tower 1, Level 18, 201 Sussex St, Sydney, NSW, 2000, telephone: (02) 8762 0399. 

Eligible Entrants 

The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

Ineligible Entrants 

Employees (and their immediate families) of Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty Ltd and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin. 

Promotional Period 

Start time/date: 22/10/25 at 12:00 am AEDT   

End time/date: 18/11/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT  

Participating Store 

Any Woolworths supermarket in Australia, Woolworths Metro in Australia (excluding MILKRUN and Everyday Market) or via Woolworths Online at www.woolworths.com.au which display promotional material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period. 

Where will the competition run? 

The promotion will be run in association with Participating Stores. 

Qualifying Products 

All Maximus 1L products. 

Entry Instructions 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:  

  

  1. purchase any two (2) Maximus 1L products in one (1) transaction from any Participating Store (Qualifying Transaction); and 

  1. scan the QR code advertised on promotional material, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, mobile number and email address) and upload a copy of the receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.  

   

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry. 

 

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a copied receipt for the qualifying transaction 

 

Prize 

There are two hundred and eighty (280) Prizes available to be won. Each Prize includes one (1) Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card, valued at $100 AUD.  

Prizes are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash. 

Prize pool 

   AUD$28,000.00 

Prize conditions 

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the eGift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the eGift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.  

Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card, but is not the promoter of the offer, nor responsible for fulfilment of the offer terms.  Woolworths Supermarket eGift Cards have no expiry date and are redeemable at participating stores only. How many times can I enter 

Multiple entries are permitted, and entrants are eligible to win multiple Prizes, subject to the following:  

  1. only one entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased in that transaction);  

  1. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and 

  1. a maximum of one entry, per person, per day is permitted. 

Prize Draw 

Daily Draws:  

  • There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 28 draws (Daily Draw). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Daily Draw will open and close each day based on NSW local time. Each Daily Draw will take place at Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty. Ltd, Tower 1, Lvl 18, 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on the dates outlined below, using computerised random selection. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s).

  • The first ten (10) valid entries drawn from each Daily Draw will be the winners of the Prizes.   

  • The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.   

  • If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn Prize is determined by chance.  

 

Winner notification 

The Prize winner will be contacted by email using the contact details that entrants provided in their entry form within seven (7) days of each corresponding Prize Draw and their details (last name, first name initial and postcode) will be published at https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximuswoolworthspromotion . 

 

In the event an invalid or ineligible entry is drawn, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within one (1) month of first attempting to notify that winner, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid, and no compensation will be payable. 

 

Winner requirements 

Prize(s) must be claimed by 12/01/26 at 12:00 pm AEDT. If the Prize winner does not collect their Prize within that period, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.  

 

In the event of any unclaimed Prize(s), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Suntory Beverage & Food Australia Pty. Ltd, Tower 1, Lvl 18, 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on 13/01/26. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing and their details (last name, first name initial and postcode) will be published at https://drinkmaximus.com.au/pages/maximuswoolworthspromotion by 20/01/26. 

The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
